Death Watch: Day III
Barring unforeseen circumstances, this will be the final installment of the “Death Watch” series, as it was never intended to be a series at all.
Fortunately, or unfortunately if you’re FoxNews, no 28 year old, liberal-minded people died today. Though it is the anniversary of such famous deaths as Chris Penn, Ted Bundy, and the magical and mysterious L. Ron Hubbard. To the latter few, we give a joyous “good riddance”. I wonder if the anniversary of his death has something to do with the fact that I got an informative pamphlet from the Church of Scientology in my mailbox today. Maybe they knew I was going to write this all along. Ooooohhhhhh….
Anyhoo, muchos props to Dennis Leary. Above and beyond being the star of one of the best shows on television, Leary is leading the way to rebuild fire stations in New Orleans, since apparently NONE of the 22 fire houses that were destroyed by Katrina have been rebuilt yet.
And while Tony Romo might have taken the blame for losing to the Giants a little too personal, I’d like to send a deathwish to all the awesome people that are planning on protesting Heath Ledger’s funeral. Jerks.
