Space Trash Might Kill You.
A million news agencies reported today that U.S. officials are admitting that a “deaf” spy satellite is going to crash to earth within the next month.
The satellite, abandoned since its launch in 2006, lost communication with scientists the moment it was placed in orbit. Now it’s finally crashing to earth, expected to arrive anytime in the next few weeks, and our “government agencies” that are “responding” are collectively throwing their hands up when asked what can be done to prevent the satellite from crashing through the roof of your house and killing you, and your children, and your cat, and your 6 week old puppy, and that damn goldfish that just won’t die on its own.
Think about that next time you’re sitting around lazily watching TV.
