Zurich, you sad little town.
Two of the four paintings stolen from a Zurich museum have been discovered in the back of a parked car. The car was locked, however, provoking Zurich officials to shrug, shake their heads and walk away. The owner of the car then got away with the two paintings because Zurich officials were too intimidated to break the speed limit when the culprit took off in a high speed chase.
Can you blame them? I hear the penalty for speeding in Zurich is the swapping of testicles with the arresting officer.
