The government, celebrity aliens, and “the noise”.

I know it sounds crazy, but this machine is real, and it’s located in Solvay, NY.

Quoted one local resident:

It’s Sunday 4/13 at 11:45pm and “the noise” is so loud I can hear it in my bedroom over a fan AND radio. This has been a nuisance for about 6 months now. Suez has finally admitted to the issue after repeatedly denying it for months. I think not only should they be made to FIX the problem but they should be penalized.

Penalized? Really? If these scientists are on the verge of discovering time travel and/or interstellar space travel and they are denied the opportunity because folks like YOU are losing sleep over a little bit of “noise”, then maybe you should find an alternate method to reach the ends of the universe before the end of time. Jeesh.
